Littles Notebook
Terms of Use
Last updated: 18 August 2026
These pilot terms govern use of Littles Notebook and littlesnotebook.com. Questions can be sent to hello@littlesnotebook.com.
The service
Littles Notebook is a communication and recordkeeping tool for a home daycare provider and the parents linked to children in that provider's care. It does not provide childcare, medical advice, or legal advice. It is not a substitute for a provider's licensing obligations or required paper records and signatures.
Accounts and access
Staff and parents have different roles. A provider controls staff access and invites parents to connect to a child's records. Children do not have accounts. This pilot is invite-only; there is no public self-service signup.
Provider responsibilities
The provider is responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of care logs and for following applicable childcare, privacy, and licensing rules. End-of-day summaries are generated from logged events only. They can be incomplete if staff did not log an event and should not be treated as a complete account of a child's day.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for authorized childcare communication and recordkeeping. Do not share login credentials, scrape or probe the service, upload photos or information you do not have authority to share, or use another person's records outside your role. Photos and child information are confidential and must be treated accordingly.
Availability and changes
This is an early pilot offered as available. We may change, pause, or end features or access as the service develops. We do not promise that the service will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every recordkeeping need.
Warranty and liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Littles Notebook is provided without warranties. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the pilot. If we are liable for a claim related to the service, our total liability is limited to the amount paid to us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or $100 if no fee was paid.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Missouri, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
